Summary/Purpose
Uses customer demand and capacity information to prepare the Master Production Schedule. Coordinate with production departments to achieve the schedule.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
1. Preparation of the Master Production Schedule.
2. Coordination of the Monthly Production Plans.
3. Customer demand analysis.
4. Capacity analysis of production resources.
5. Control of Phase In / out activities in an accurate and timely manner.
6. Work with Customer Service Specialist for returnable reconciliation when necessary.
7. Control of returnable/expendable packaging programs.
8. Registration of new bearings.
9. Bill of Material registration and maintenance.
10. Sample scheduling and coordination.
11. Kanban Maintenance.
12. Application of JIT principles in daily production planning process (load leveling, Kanban, pattern planning, etc.).
13. Assist in accomplishing main PC and Plant targets to reduce internal and external lead-time.
14. Lead communication and reconciliation efforts with direct material suppliers in regards to on-time delivery.
15. Raise issues to Production Control Manager as needed in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain or related field.
- Manufacturing experience
