Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure the overall well-being of our clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients,
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and document client's vital signs and report any changes to the or supervisor
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and promoting independence

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for maintaining client confidentiality
- Experience in medication administration is a plus
- Understanding of hospice care principles is beneficial
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to lift and assist with transfers using proper techniques
- Proficient in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
