Incident and Problem Management Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC
As the Incident & Problem Management Lead within our Technology Platform Management Team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring production stability across our organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex challenges, and drive accountable ownership and resolution. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Problem Management Excellence: Support the centralized Problem Management function. Evolve existing processes to improve controls and efficiencies. Implement strong problem management routines to enhance production stability.
- Influence and Collaboration: Assess issues, make quick decisions, and influence change across all organizational levels. Lead incident triage calls and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Command Center Experience: Leverage your experience with command centers to manage incidents effectively.
- Project Management and ITIL: Apply project management methodologies and ITIL principles to drive successful outcomes.
- Fundamental Understanding: Dive into production operations to determine appropriate action plans. Ensure full coverage of fundamental problems.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with senior executive-level leaders. Produce metric-driven reports and analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience leading Incident and Problem Management functions in a comparable organization. This can be demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
