Description:
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst
Job Overview: We are seeking four IAM Security Analysts to join our team. These roles are not focused on Cyber Security; instead, they are dedicated to IAM. As we transition from governance and IAM to "theme-based" IAM teams (such as Privileged Access Team and Internal Change Management Team), we need individuals who can contribute to the success of these specialized teams. Our IAM Security Analysts will work in scrum teams, focusing on Access Management Controls, Operational/Process risk, and translating complex issues into actionable insights for process owners and senior managers. We are not looking for cyber security consultants; rather, we want professionals with deep IAM knowledge and experience. If you have a process-oriented mindset, a general understanding of code, and the ability to call out issues related to development or engineering, we encourage you to apply. You'll be responsible for managing the life cycle of human users and service accounts, working independently, and ensuring risk and control within IAM.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 5 years of Information Security Analysis experience.
- Equivalent demonstrated expertise through work, consulting, training, or military experience.

- Ability to identify issues related to development or engineering.
- Experience with geographically diverse teams.
Locations:
- Westlake, TX (near Ft. Worth; Dallas residents not eligible).
- Charlotte, NC.
- Minneapolis, MN.
- Chandler, AZ (2600 South Price Blvd).
Requirements:
- On-site presence required a minimum of 3 days per week.
