Job Description:

Prepares monthly/quarterly/annual capital forecast and metrics for Client , This is an ANALYST role, not an Accounting role.

Applicant is responsible for job detail analysis in Salesforce, overall financial analysis reporting and variance explanations for forecast vs actual drivers at the operational and financial level.

Preparation of dashboard style summaries utilizing various database resources including Excel, Oracle, Salesforce, and Tableau for Leadership meeting readouts are also required.

Consistent review to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actions needed to achieve desired results and outcomes require a detail-oriented skill set.

Preferably can manage time and workload independently.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze review and modify large data sets using various database and querying solutions to be able to calculate forecast, provide analytics and reporting for activities conducted by the Organization.

- Participates in the data validity maintenance, development and utilization of financial models and analysis using Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau and Excel.

- Ensure job approval volume and forecast align with overall planning across multiple group inputs within the Salesforce tools available.

- Assists with the inputs that are used for preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial read outs.

- Research variance to budget and forecast through detailed operational and financial metrics and explains results.

- Assists with preparation of forecasts and annual budgets as directed by Manager.

- Assist in process improvement and standardization projects by identifying risk areas and recommendation for improvements.

- Perform various ad hoc projects including researching analyzing and summarizing data/analysis requests as assigned.

- Tracks and analyzes key financial metrics and operational procedures to foster process improvements. Drives operational efficiencies, time and cost savings in a data driven manner.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work variable schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
