Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
As an Industrial Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our distribution centers. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements related to distribution center operations. You’ll focus on material handling changes, configuration, kitting, assembly, reverse logistics, and fulfillment operations. Additionally, you’ll develop and maintain supply chain and logistics processes for various warehousing and distribution center functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enhance processes and procedures to optimize distribution center operations.
- Analyze labor standards and cost impact of process changes.
- Create labor models to support process improvements.
- Identify capacity constraints and propose solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and assist with the redesign and redevelopment of optimal distribution center practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various levels of the organization and distribution centers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience in warehouse management systems.
- Valid Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
