Description: Our client is currently seeking a PLANT MANAGER in Utah.
a leading player in the beverage industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative products to our consumers.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to join our team and lead our beverage manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the beverage manufacturing plant.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demand.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager in the beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
