Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to work onsite in the New Orleans, LA area!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the project schedule in Microsoft Project
- Track man hours (resources) against project tasks and milestones
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for tracking action items across the team
- Participate in meetings, and take meeting notes
- Assist with travel planning and booking as needed
- Work with HR, Finance, and other departments from the head office to support reporting requirements
- Assist in preparation and submission of contract deliverable documentation packages, and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- On-site Monday-Friday
- 4 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
