Sr. Business Application Analyst (D365)

Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $145,000.00 USD Annually

We have a client located outside of Indianapolis , IN looking to hire a Sr. Business Application Analyst. This individual must be well versed in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This person will be asked to work closely with the Finance & Operations department, so having extensive experience with D365 FO is a requirement for consideration.  In this role you will be asked to support all personnel using and optimizing the organizations ERP systems.  You will be asked to support daily operations, manage support tickets, and implement new system functionality. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain management and ERP systems with an eagerness to support and collaborate peers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting all activities related to cross-functional business units leveraging organizational supply chain management applications that include ERP systems and supplementary systems.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills and ample experience supporting cross-functional departments and internal users.
• Create technical documents and work closely with the development team to implement new system functionality.
• Provide testing for new system functionality and/or customizations.
• Help train internal users on D365 FO and other ERP applications functionality and processes.
• Lead and cross-train junior/mid-level resources and help to inject new ways of thinking into the business.
• Strong ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users across multiple departments.
• Strong background and experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (D365 Finance and Operations – formally AX)
• Background and experience working with data management and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Power Apps would be ideal)
• Strong knowledge and experience with ERP, WMS, MRP, PLM and other supply chain centric IT systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (overnight travel)
