Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Utilize crisis management skills to address immediate patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification.
- Experience in Christian counseling and integrating faith-based principles into therapy sessions.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, particularly in the area of PTSD care.
- Strong background in providing therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions.
- Excellent crisis management skills to effectively handle emergency situations.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis for quality improvement purposes.
- Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
