JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Juicer Operator

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is hyper focused on operating our commercial cold-pressed juicer, with inclusion of prepping/washing produce, and caring for the juicer. This position requires attention to detail and accuracy, as all work is a direct representation of the standards of juice co. LG.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES (include but are not limited to):

• Run juicer production days at commercial kitchen: o Produce prep o Juicing o Dishwashing o Recipe assembly
• Product packaging
• Food prep assembly
• Maintain commercial kitchen rules, guidelines and cleanliness
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Health Codes
• Complete necessary production paperwork, shift checklists reports
• Identify and report any systems that are in need of improvement or repair
• Conduct system audits as requested
• Organize production spaces: storage, containers, refrigerators and freezers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Detail oriented
• Ability to lift 30-60lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a chilled environment
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
• Ability to perceive what needs to be done without having to be told
• Must have previous commercial kitchen experience & experiencing managing a team
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Must be reliable, punctual, dependable and able to work under a time restraint
• Must have reliable transportation
• Team oriented
• Proficient in English, both in verbal and written word
• Ability to communicate with management team via email, text and phone calls
• Comfortable with taking direction from supervisor
• Committed to company, willingness to learn specific product & process details

REPORTING: Juicer Operator will report directly to the Shift Lead/Manager on Duty
REVIEWS: Progress reviews will be conducted on an as-need basis in correlation with performance and potential areas of growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
