JUJI Property Management is looking to hire a Community Manager person that can also perform light Community Maintenance duties for the beautiful Whispering Oaks Mobile Home Park located in Houghton Lake, MI. This is a small 23 lot mobile home community, which also includes a 10 unit storage building. A home is available to move into; purchase the home outright or on installments and LIVE FOR FREE.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Position Title: Property Management/Maintenance

Location: Houghton Lake, MI

Hours: Part-Time (3-5 hours a week on average)

Compensation: Free lot rent. Requires the person to live in the park.

Benefits: Flexible hours.

Manage all aspects of park operations, including customer relationship management, property maintenance, and facilities management. Light management duties would include occasionally showing homes, turning storage units, handling paperwork for homes, and being available for residents to ask questions. These management duties are light since there are only 23 homes and our wonderful residents generally don’t need help. Responsible for performing light maintenance work of the park. The ideal candidate would be able to operate a riding lawn mower, perform light tree trimming, light landscaping, occasionally meet with contractors, perform maintenance when necessary on an outdoor building and light poles, and other random maintenance duties.
