```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dishes
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
```Experience:```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in food service management
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques
- Familiarity with
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in managing banquet events is preferred
