The Graphic Designer is a dynamic and vital role to our brands, responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire and captivate the consumer while creating a consistent brand representation across all materials. This person drives the development of brand books, working closely with our creative directors, to ensure high-level execution for style, brand aesthetic, and storytelling. You have a talent for interpreting creative direction through compelling design that delights our audience all while collaborating with our leadership team to refine concept work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This role is responsible for generating and manipulating all graphic images, animations, sounds, text, and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs, including but not limited to photo and video direction, graphic design, art direction, and third-party creative collaboration for both Juliska and Capucine de Wulf Brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate marketing objectives through visual storytelling for various digital outputs.
  • Foster positive relationships between creative teams and other departments with a high degree of collaboration, including assisting the business team to develop appropriate collateral and sales marketing materials.
  • Ensuring creative strategies maintain the elevated aesthetic across all touchpoints.
  • Responsible for delivering end-to-end design across a variety of media types, screens, formats, and technologies.
  • Design, produce and edit video content for all digital and marketing collateral.
  • Product different style guides, presentations, and project visualization.
  • Responsible for editing current video/photo content seamlessly as needed.
  • Collaborate with respective marketing leaders on creative ideation for launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Create best-in-class graphics to support market strategies for all new launches and core, used across multiple channels including video, print and digital.
  • Input for social assets on creative flow and aesthetic consistency in design.
  • Manage design projects and tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop consistent visual voice across all materials.
  • Works cross-functionally with internal departments to achieve solutions and department goals.
  • Supports teamwork and continuous improvement through performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communications a plus but not required.
  • Ability to develop story telling for more than one brand.
  • Video and animation experience a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
