Jump 450 is looking to hire an experienced part-time Affiliate Manager well versed in performance marketing to make an immediate impact managing key accounts and growing the agency through new business support and strategic affiliate programs.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates into the program.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to maximize their performance.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze affiliate performance and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with affiliate program policies and guidelines.
Relationship Building and Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with affiliates, acting as the main point of contact for any queries or concerns.
- Provide timely and effective communication to affiliates, keeping them informed about new promotions, product updates, and program changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate initiatives with broader company goals and campaigns.
Affiliate Program Growth:
- Identify and explore new affiliate opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the affiliate network.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate affiliates, encouraging increased participation and performance.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and innovative strategies to enhance the affiliate program.
- 3 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience
- Great at maintaining relationships with partners
- Experienced in identifying quality affiliate partnerships, launching, and leading campaigns
- Masterful presentation and negotiation skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- An eagerness to work as a member of a fast-growing team
- Proficient with critical metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, LTV, etc.) and attribution
- Experience with cashback and voucher code site management
- Experience with referral and email acquisition programs
- Experience with tracking and link management setup
- Experience with the Partnerize/Pepperjam platform
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
