We are looking for an IT support specialist to help ensure our company's IT system runs smoothly by establishing and overseeing our IT policies and processes. The right person is a level-headed, hands-on IT professional who has experience setting up, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software. She or he must be familiar with Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, G Suite, WiFi networks, and the latest security protocols. The ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues with patience is a must. This role is not required to be located on the West Coast but they will be expected to provide direct support to our West Coast team during their business hours. Jun Group will only consider candidates for this position who are currently legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities include
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding users and coordinate the shipment of hardware to and from team members
- Set up computers and accounts for new team members
- Respond to difficulties with email systems, cloud storage, backup systems, networking, desktop software, etc.
- Communicate with our service providers
- Work with our parent company’s IT team to resolve issues when necessary
- Execute long-term projects to improve our infrastructure

Requirements
- Experience using and administering Windows and macOS
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience using JAMF or other MDM platform a plus
- Experience with G Suite Administration a plus

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office two days per week.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
