What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pet Transport Driver position at Jungle Buddies Petcare Services?
Jungle Buddies Petcare Services is a pet transporting company that specializes in safe and fast transport nationwide. We are now in search of two-three individual who would like to join our team as a second driver. Must be able to drive 8-10 hours straight for rotations. Some trips can take us cross country or just a couple of states away. Must be ok with being on the road for a couple of days and taking care of animals. Must have good communication skills and be reliable. Need someone to start as soon as possible.
Job consist of driving, feeding and tending to animals, sending out summaries and loading and unloading the van. You will always travel in teams of twos.
We are hiring for two positions:
Co-Driver: Pay rate is $120 a day for three trial runs. Gas prices will be covered by the company. Pay goes up to $175 daily. 8-10 hour shifts of driving are preferred. Please note that $175 daily rate is based on the driving a full eight hour to ten hour shift. You will check in and check out for hours.
Solo Team: One or two people who have their own vehicle. SUV and Minivans are preferred. Must be suitable for long distance transport.
Both positions requires you to be responsible for the cost of gas like Uber or Door dash. Cleaning the vehicle after every transport is a must.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test and start as soon as possible!
