Full Job Description Position Title: Office Administrator Location: 101 Plaza E. Blvd #112 Evansville, In 47715 Position Overview: This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the JLE and supporting the JLE Board of Directors and members as they carry out the mission and strategic plan. Additionally, the Office Administrator is responsible for overall office and administrative support including but not limited to maintaining financial records, office mailings, telephone coverage, simple document preparation and duplication, data entry using QuickBooks and fundraising and membership software, maintaining the JLE calendar and scheduling building rentals. Physical demands: Minimal - may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; general maintenance/cleaning of workspace. Holidays: Five (5) paid floating holidays Hourly Rate: $18 - $20/hour
