Manager
Team focused leader with the desire to achieve success through people and hospitality. The Service Manager will have a hands on approach with the team and guests. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary. Responsible for the overall front of the house operation and the integrity of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead a service team of professionals through love, dignity, and respect
· Assists the General Manager with recruiting, training, and developing an enthusiastic team that delivers the highest level of service to our guests
· Maintains an atmosphere of upbeat and positive energy
· Establishes guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
· Assists the GM in community involvement programs and marketing initiatives
· Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards
· Ensures the profitability of the restaurant by operating within the established budget of the General Manager
· Responds to guest complaints and resolves in a timely manner
· Manages and coaches the team with consistent feedback and praise
· Ensures that all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
· Strong communication and leadership skills
Requirements:
· 2 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining Experience
· Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
· Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
· Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
