What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event specialist position at Juno Search Partners?
Our client, a global manufacturing company based out of Harleysville, PA, is looking for a temporary Events Specialist to cover a two-month leave.
This role is hybrid and sits onsite 2-3 days per week. Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Manager, this role will be tasked with :
- Order trade show items, arrange shipping of samples & giveaways
- Prepare for scheduled show calls - Update PowerPoint decks pre-meetings with relevant information - what has been completed, what needs to be completed, etc.
- Prepare for future shows - have booked shows added to the website, graphics created, begin booking process for shows in Q3 so we don't fall behind
- Work with stakeholders / designers to submit any necessary materials (Brochures, booth, company profile, etc.) by deadlines
- Pardot and CRM experience ideal
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
