Inventory Analyst

INVENTORY ANALYST:

They are responsible for working cross-functionally to help ensure proper inventory management procedures are being maintained and that inventory is available at the right time and place to meet customer demand.

THE TEAM:

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company that develops and operates high-end retail locations, premium brands, state-of-the-art cultivation, processing, manufacturing facilities, along with a cutting-edge online platform that is setting a new standard for a sophisticated, data-driven, modern cannabis experience.

The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO™ as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature’s Remedy. Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Build purchase orders from invoices with extreme attention to detail. Process purchase and sales orders upon receiving invoices/manifests.
• Build product masters when necessary (new products/strains) after Inventory Manager places vendor orders and receives invoices.
• Monitor inventory pricing, stock levels, and product content on the online menu and in MJ Freeway/LeafLogix.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure gross profit goals are met, ensuring a proper assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Inventory Manager.
• Support when onsite to manage delivery receipt of product and the mapping of product in MJ Freeway (PA Only)
• Support when needed in performing daily and weekly inventory counts by category. Ensure each location is maintaining the weekly inventory review counts spreadsheet by reporting the weekly counts by category.
• Support the General Manager on all reconciliations and manage discrepancy reporting in MJ Freeway/LeafLogix
• Maintain and monitor all inventory controls to conduct monthly inventory reviews and annual comprehensive inventories product at the facility.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• College degree preferred
• Strong data and inventory acumen
• Cannabis industry experience a plus
• Working knowledge of excel
• Strong attention to detail
