Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Handle payroll inquiries and assist with payroll processing
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
- Assist in employee evaluation processes
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience with HR software such as Dayforce, iCIMS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and strategies
- Ability to handle change management effectively within an organization
- Understanding of payroll procedures and systems
- Familiarity with strategic planning in an HR context
- Strong conflict management skills
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct employee evaluations effectively

Expected hours: 30 per week
