What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver recruiter position at Just Elementary, Inc.?
Position open for a dedicated caregiver recruiter.
Main Duty:
Recruiting: Hiring caregivers, aka Home Care Aidres, to join the company. This will be done by calling, texting and emailing caregiver applicants. You will be responsible for on-boarding applicants as well. This is an in-office position.
On an as-needed basis you may assist other team members with:
Customer Service: Answering calls and textes from the customers and the caregivers. This will require you to have good communication skills and understanding of a broad range of persepctives and opinions.
Scheduling: Occasionaly you will need to assist the lead scheduler with urgent scheduling matters. This will require you to be able to think quickly and creatively problem solve.
Record keeping: maintain integrity and accuracy of company records.
The position starts at $20.00 and up per hour DOE.

- This is a full time position hours TBD.
- You will be required to submit to a Live Scan Background Check as required by State Regulations unless you have an active background clearance with the California Department of Social Services.
