What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Recruiter position at Just In Time Staffing?
Just in Time Staffing is growing and we are looking for a talented individual to join our Bedford, OH team. The ideal candidate will be organized, have a customer service mindset and be motived by growth and opportunity. The Onsite Recruiter will assist in the completion of various functions including, but not limited to, recruiting, payroll, new hire interviews, new hire orientations, candidate flow, field recruiting, onboarding paperwork and all other company documents as required. You will also work directly with HR Direct employees and serve as a liaison between the site and the corporate office on employee issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deploy full life cycle recruitment toolkit
- Partner with hiring managers to gain a strong understanding of the business and respective talent requirements and candidate profiles
- Provide ongoing consultation and guidance to hiring managers as job responsibilities change/evolve over time due to business growth and changes in organizational structure.
- Develop and deploy proactive sourcing strategies to ensure that there is an ongoing pipeline of external talent
- Meet regularly with hiring managers to provide progress updates on requisition status, calibrate on targeted candidate profiles, seek out feedback on quality of candidate submittals and align on potential business changes.
- Ensure compliance with of all legal aspects of the recruiting policies, programs, and procedures.
- Handle the day-to-day administration of recruiting responsibilities and processes to ensure all requirements are met and implemented effectively.
- Perform field recruiting and coordinate job fairs in all areas Insource serves.
- Attend networking functions as needed and attend job fairs to recruit qualified candidates.
- Develop relationships with local and state recruiting sources, such as, State Employment Security Commissions, Job Connection offices, Community Colleges, other community organizations, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities and processes.
- Manage applicant process and account/candidate follow up.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced/ever-changing environment.
- Evaluate candidate's strengths compared with client requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
- Adhere to confidentiality policies and ensure confidentiality of associates' records.
- Perform other duties and administrative functions as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
