To support our rapid, organic growth, we are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will utilize your creativity, technical skills, and experience to create visually compelling graphics for both digital and printed materials, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling graphics for digital and printed marketing materials, including website images, ad graphics, print materials, billboards, and wholesale materials.
Ensure that all projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Work with a wide range of media and utilize graphic design software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate closely with members of the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of needed projects.

Skills and Experience:

2 years of relevant work experience.
Prefer bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent additional experience.
Compelling portfolio showcasing work across a wide range of creative projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to stay organized and manage tasks to ensure the prompt completion of projects.
Experience with printed packaging design.
Familiarity with the Just Ingredients brand, style, and product line.
Strong team player who can manage multiple manufacturing accounts.
Openness to feedback and a collaborative approach to working in a team.
