We will be in rapid growth for the coming years and are looking for individuals who are passionate about the restaurant industry and dedicated in his/her/their career with our growing restaurant chain. 

About the Job:

• Full lifecycle recruiting: Including collaborating with Head of Talent and Culture to gain an understand of recruiting needs, attracting qualified candidates to apply to our company and fill open positions, sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of technology platforms, maintaining job and candidate information in our applicant tracking system, managing candidate experience, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers and communicating with applicants throughout the recruiting process.
• Onboarding: Including providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed, detailing all new hires' initial tasks, gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, collaborating on first day / week agendas, answering any questions the new hire has, coordinating with others to ensure a great onboarding experience, working with hiring managers to ensure they receive any support needed, following up with new hires post-start, and more.
• Communications: Which may include editing job descriptions, collaborating on company newsletter communications, updating policies or document HR related workflows.
• Participate in weekly planning and prioritization of work and reporting of activities, as required.

About You:

• You are energetic and passionate about advancing your career in the hospitality industry.
• You work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• You have strong decision making and problem solving skills. You are proactive, not reactive. 
• You are a good listener with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems is highly preferred. 
• You see Human Resources as a cornerstone function of creating an equitable, enjoyable and productive workplace. You are skilled at understanding company culture and look for candidates who add value and new perspectives to that culture.
• You are at ease conversing with a wide variety of people and are skilled at pitching positions. You persuade and inspire.
• You have a flexible learning style and excellent sense of humor! Bonus points if you have previously worked in the food & beverage space!

About the Details

• $50-55k/ year & quarterly performance based bonus structure
• One week paid time off
