The Manufacturing Systems Business Analyst plans, designs, develops, and launches efficient information systems and operations systems in support of the Company’s manufacturing organization. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production processes and enhance manufacturing analytics through the deployment of innovative technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with key stakeholders, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business process or systems issues.
  • Lead the definition, development, and documentation of manufacturing organization’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
  • Develop a systems roadmap aligned to corporate priorities and key business process improvement initiatives.
  • Plan and oversee software development projects, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Direct the work of internal and external technical resources throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate software quality assurance activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Review, analyze, and maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems.
  • Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure successful deployment of new systems and processes through effective end user training.
