To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements:
Education:
GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Graduate education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
GS-12: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this grade level.
OR
Specialized Experience:
You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position, and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled.

Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for performing administrative duties, managerial, and financial support services in the maintenance of the Trust Fund Department. The duties involve coordinating and followingup on a variety of administrative tasks flowing into the department to ensure timely and appropriate action is taken.
The incumbent provides administrative and managerial guidance to the various aspects of the Trust Fund Department, which includes business operations, methods and procedures of Trust Fund and Warehouse, Laundry, Trust Fund Accounting and Commissary System (TRUFACS), inmate telephone (TRUFONE), Trust Fund Limited Inmate Computer Systems (TRULINCS), and Commissary operations of the Trust Fund Section and coordination of Trust Fund activities, finances, and supplies.
Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on regular and recurring basis.
