FULL-TIME SUPERVISED VISIT MONITOR - SOMERSET COUNTY, PA
Case Aide
We are looking for a compassionate and patient Supervised Visit Monitor to join our team! As a Supervised Visit Monitor, you will provide a safe and secure environment for supervised visits between children and their families in accordance with the court order requirements. You will be responsible for monitoring interactions between the parties, and ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a safe, respectful manner. You will be a role model of professionalism, and must be able to remain impartial while ensuring that the safety and well-being of the children is the top priority. The successful Supervised Visit Monitor will have excellent observation, record-keeping and communication skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional in potentially stressful situations. To provide excellent service, our families are our priority so working with their schedules is key to creating a healthy rapport with them. Evenings and/or weekends may be required to fulfill a 40-hour work week.

The qualified Supervised Visit Monitor will have:
- High School Diploma.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.

The qualified Supervised Visit Monitor will:
- Transport clients to authorized destinations, utilizing personal vehicle.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments.
- Assist Caseworkers in observing and reporting significant behavior and conversation.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with county workers, families and community providers.
- Perform related program and clerical tasks, as directed by proper authority.
- Administer Drug Testing following the appropriate county protocol as applicable.
