FULL TIME SUPERVISOR - $1,000 STAY BONUS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- May carry an active caseload.
- Conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff: case reviews, evaluation of employee performance related to program quality and service requirements.
- Ensure all written documents are prepared and submitted according to program standards.
- Assist and manage with performance management of field staff, including completing proper documentation and provide training as needed in areas of need.
- Monitor data entry with regard to client records.
- Assign referrals in accordance to program standards.
- Accompany field staff to meetings and/or court hearings as needed.
- Assist with candidate interview process, employee orientation and training.
- Develop and maintain positive community and stakeholder collaboration.
- Act in lieu of Program Director for meetings or events as needed.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years’ work experience or,
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or a related field and three (3) years’ work experience.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
PAY RATE: $52,000 - $58,000 PER YEAR
