Justin McClure Creative is a creative production studio crafting memorable moments through motion design and movie magic.
We are looking for a Junior Designer to join the Justin McClure Creative Team. The ideal candidate for the position will have several years of Graphic Design and possibly motion design experience. Candidates will need to be able to supply a portfolio of their work during the interview process.
Responsibilities
Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfy a diverse array of projects
Versatile design abilities in branding, typography, and motion
Pitches creative concepts to the head designers and creative director.
Meets all deadlines while juggling multiple projects
Maintains current knowledge of design trends
Solves problems proactively with patience and intelligence
Works closely with peers and sets a tone of a partnership between teams
Contributes to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude
Adapts to additional duties and tasks
Qualifications
A BFA or other 4-year degree
At least 1-2 years of experience
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of design production
Ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks without affecting quality or polish
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time-management skills
Ability to work alone or with a team
Ability to accept and apply critique and feedback
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,911.95 - $45,000.00 per year
