- No 15 spedding, Reckless or Unsafe operation. (Rear-ends, rollovers, lane-changes)- No more than (2) preventable accidents in the last (36) months, with no more than (1) in the last (12) months.
- No Preventable DOT recordables.- No Felony changes or on probation. Misdemeanors upon review.
