Mission of the role:
The social media specialist is a strategic, hands-on social media performance expert. This position will play a critical role in helping us sell 500 homes by the end of 2022 by driving traffic to ra through the population, management and growth of all social spaces and social communities.

In your first 90 days, you will:
- Launch official RÀ Facebook/Instagram pages.
- Deliver 3 posts per week on all platforms at reoccurring times.
- Increase followers on all platforms by 1000.
- Create a list of 500 warm leads for the sales team from social media.
- Increase traffic to www.rasanctuaries.com from social platforms by 500%
Your daily tasks:
- You will be primarily focused on creating and managing content for (but not limited to) Instagram and Facebook.
- Determine trending hashtags and utilize in posts.
- Developing a consistent posting schedule for all platforms.
- Increase weekly social media performance.
- Developing new and innovative ideas for RÀ’s digital growth.
- Be willing to travel to capture content for social media.
- Work with external paid ad partners to craft social media ads and boost.
- Flawless grammar and spelling.
- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.

- 2 years of experience working across multiple social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media strategies and algorithms.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
