JustinBradley’s client, a payment processing company, is seeking an Executive Assistant. The role will be directly supporting the LAC TECH Regional Lead and team. We are seeking a detail orientated, proactive individual who can work at pace in an evolving environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing domestic and international travel arrangements including visas.
- Expense reporting ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with purchase orders/requisitions/invoicing.
- Screen executives’ mailbox.
- Schedule meetings and conference calls.
- Multi-time zone calendar management.
- Attending team meetings and tracking actions; maintaining department records (e.g. org charts, survey results, whereabouts trackers).
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, or other assigned documentation. Working with the team on communication, planning and strategy.
- May research special topics as assigned.
- Coordinate and plan internal events such as All Hands, team off-sites and volunteering activities.

- Extensive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with C-suite executive level management and senior customers.
- Proficiency in Outlook and competency across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with expense management platforms (such as Oracle).
- Experience in harmonizing across matrixed, cross functional and global organization structure.
- Experience in supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced corporate work environment.
- Must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Intrinsically motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and results oriented.
- Able to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordingly.
- English and Spanish language required.
