Summary:
Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator. This newly created role can work remotely or at one of our many domestic locations.
Responsibilities:
- Primary Salesforce.com lead supporting cloud environment of 100 users.
- First source of troubleshooting and training for all native Salesforce.com processes as well as custom CPQ applications across the organization.
- Technology liaison for business projects and decisions pertaining to Salesforce.com CRM system performing evaluation, scope, and completion.
- Management of company licenses and contracts for Salesforce.com.
- Technical lead for Salesforce.com implementations and expansions; works with business users to define requirements and translate the business needs into technical design.
- Develops and maintains documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials
- Monitor, in conjunction with applicable service providers, all critical production processes and technologies that have high visibility and impact on business operations such as lead generation and CPQ.
- Maintain company standards and IT best practices.
- Assist with planning/budgeting for future expansion projects as it relates to business growth, efficiencies, and routine upgrades.
- Maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, escalation rules, auto-assignment rules, etc.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing.
- Maintain security such as user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights.
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently under fast paced work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong logical & analytical skills
- Able to properly prioritize user requests according to urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new business concepts very quickly
- Competent in handling software licensing process
- Salesforce administration experience
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience working with Service Cloud and Salesforce Chat
- Proven exposure and experience with Salesforce platform tools and languages such as Apex, Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in the sales, service, marketing, and data clouds
- Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope and ability to administer change management processes within a specified framework, including regularly reviewing issue management and change control logs to understand status and identify potential risk situations
- Ability to configure objects, page layouts, workflows, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards and maintains Salesforce Platform content, documentation and user guides.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model.BS Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field strongly preferred.
- 4 years of Salesforce experience.
- 3 -4 years business experience in a fast-paced environment.
