The Role
As a Contract Administrator you will work alongside the Project Manager & Site Manager to efficiently handle contracts, costs, and project documentation.
- Oversee construction contracts and ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare tender packages and scope of works
- Collaborate with team members on contract-related questions and issues.
- Monitor costs, budgets, and expenditures.
- Conduct cost reviews and generate financial reports.
- Maintain project documentation such as contracts and variations.
- Handle and evaluate variations and claims with project teams.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for favourable outcomes.
- Manage Procore documentation
- Experienced Contract Administrator with minimum 3 years construction experience
- Strong understanding of contract management and cost control
- Experience in high end apartments and/or luxury homes is desired
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills with strong attention to details
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to work hours required of a fast tracked project
- Team player

- Salary offered between $120k to $140k Super (depending on experience)
