What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Analyst Ⅲ position at JVM Solutions?
JOB PURPOSE
JVM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst Ⅲ to join our team and perform a full range of scientific services with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 (South Central) serving Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in serving as a scientific or technical resource.
DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

Training users on how to appropriately utilize their computer systems.

Writing instruction manuals for systems.

Consulting with managers to determine what role the systems play in the business.

Testing the systems on a regular basis to ensure quality and function.

Preparing costs and benefits analysis on systems.

Brainstorming new ways to add more functionality to systems.

Choosing and configuring the hardware and software of a system.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology

Equivalent Experience with 5 years of experience in database development, programming, or other information technologies.

Appropriate certifications, in database development, programming, or other information technologies.

Must be able to pass a background check.
