Scope of Position
The Spa Supervisor will assist the Spa Director in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa & Fitness center to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. He/she will be proficient in all product brands and product profiles.

- Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Spa industry or hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa environment is an asset.
- Spa Soft experience is an asset.
- Greet guests and members in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Supervise the daily duties of the spa concierge and runners.
- Ability to perform all duties of the Spa Concierge and Spa Runners.
- Assist in the recruitment, development, and training of spa associates.
- Monitor scheduling of all services and special programming.
- Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and channel them appropriately.
- Answer questions about available services, retail sales, general property information, and amenities.
- Product knowledge and training, supply orders, inventory counts and month end reports.
- Promote and sell spa and salon services.
- Respond to any guest inquiries or concerns regarding their treatment or experience in the spa and/or fitness center.
- Report any complaints or concerns to Spa Manager and/or Director.
- Oversee cleanliness and presentation of the facilities.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
- Experience using computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift for extended periods of time.
- Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 50 pounds.
