Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and efficient manner. Handle and record all requests from guests and hotel departments in a timely and courteous manner. Supervise the AYS department operations and ensure that all policies and Local Standard Operating Procedures are followed accordingly.
