Job Overview:
Due to Company growth, we are we are actively seeking an experienced Safety Training Manager name to join our team remotely with travel to Muddy Run and Conowingo Dam.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Train employees and contractors on Constellation safety procedures and policies.
- Observe employees and contractors in the field to ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Provide clearly organized and understandable instruction with a focus on achieving tangible learning objectives.
- Instruct employees and contractors on policies, procedures and best-practices necessary for compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain a professional and positive environment with employees and contractors
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating professional development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (electrical or mechanical engineering, power systems, occupational safety and health, etc.).
- 6 years’ experience working in, or consulting with an electric utility is a must.
- Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
- Must be able to communicate with others.
