Job Title : Salesforce Field Service Technical Architect
Location : San Francisco CA (Hybrid)
Duration : 12 Months
Job Description:
Overall experience of 12 years with minimum of 4 years serving as a Subject Matter Expert/ Technical Leader for Salesforce Field Service/ Field Service Lightning implementation
Has experience in implementing Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Lightning Project Solution and Configurations, Salesforce Integration and Salesforce Data Migration with Enterprise Clients in Utility domain
Understand SFS Scheduling and optimization configuration, out-of-box capabilities and configuration of scheduling policies, work rules & Service Objectives
Understand Field Service Mobile app capabilities, including offline architecture, capabilities and how to complement it with other supporting architecture including Salesforce Mobile app and third-party mobile applications
Understand SFS resource management, contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, primary and secondary territory setup. inventory management (return, request & track)
Understand API capabilities to integrate in and out of Salesforce and SFS API capabilities
Understand SFS architecture, Work Order and Service Appointment life cycle, bulk scheduling, dispatch, unscheduled
Has working knowledge on the configuration of Dispatcher Gantt
Own architectural oversight and provide guidance to the technical team on implementation approach, coding best practices and complex configurations throughout the program.
