What would I do at K Health?
Successfully define the client solution and implementation project based on K Health standard enterprise product and be accountable for the on-time / on-budget “Go-To-Production” deliverable. Single point of accountability and contact for client during solution and implementation phase (post contractual and pre-production)
What will a high performer in this role do?
- Establish a working relationship with the client technical and business implementation teams
- Develop a client specific Business Solution Requirements Document (BSRD) and business solution architecture
- Develop a detailed solution implementation project plan and checklist managing launch readiness
- Manage client dependencies related to business processes, technical environment, people and process constraints
- Coordinate and manage the committed deliverables and dependencies of the different K Health functional areas
- Manage client roadmap based on K Health product roadmap. Provide client insights and future opportunities back to K Health product organization
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- BS in CS, MIS, or related field
- 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years with cloud, mobile or health care technology related solutions
- Excellent technical abilities and experience with an emphasis designing and implementing scalable and secure in the following one or more of the following domains: hybrid cloud architectures, mobile and/or web solutions, and health care architecture.
- Strong client relationship skills focused on establishing and maintaining effective working partnerships with external clients and internal constituents
- Ability to present and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on working knowledge of one or more of the technical implementation areas: Cloud Platform (GCP, AWS or Azure), Mobile Architecture (iOS, Android or React Native)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication and presentation skills, with established track record of deep collaboration with operational and/or clinical teams and analytics teams
- Proven experience defining a relevant product strategy for a complex business area, and consistently delivering against measurable goals
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in ambiguity as we scale K’s Enterprise business from 1 to 100
- SCRUM/Agile experience
- Experience working with APIs and/or SDKs

What is the hiring process like?
