Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections on products to ensure compliance with company and Industry standards and specifications.

- Perform 1st Article dementional inspections and reports.
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Must be adept at using precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications, including calipers, micrometers, rings, plugs and optical comparator.
- Conduct quality audits to assess adherence to quality systems and procedures
- Monitor and enforce compliance with ISO 9001
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and 2D/3D models.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in Machining Industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- General knowledge of GD&T, ISO 9001 & AQL.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparator and thread gauges.
- Reading and understanding of Engineering drawings is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on objective criteria

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
