Job Posting for Reservationist - Full Time or Part Time, Year Round at K&K Camping, LLC
Job Description:
Reservationists welcome and assist guests and potential guests. Team members are responsible for answering telephones, making reservations, checking in guests, processing payments and deposits and providing all guests with exceptional guest service. Essential Duties:
Maintain and project a positive attitude and professional demeanor in person and on the telephone
Answer telephones and direct calls appropriately
Process reservations with a great attention to detail
Assist guests with their store purchases and rentals as needed
Quickly and accurately operate cash registers and comply with company cash handling standards
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds
Be familiar with items sold and services offered by EFWS, CC, OFCR & WEI
Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk and surrounding work areas
Perform work safely in accordance with departmental health & safety regulations
Must have year round availability
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Exhibit a friendly, cooperative and professional demeanor
Must be well groomed, self-disciplined and willing to comply with uniform guidelines
Must have basic math and computer skills
Must have great interpersonal skills
Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy
Maintain productive and respectful working relationships
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
Must be open and willing to fulfill the most effective role
Be available to work a flexible schedule to fulfill business needs, including weekends and some nights
Able to work in a fast paced environment with real time problem solving skills
