Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing equipment service requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service center
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their service requests
- Transmit customer service requests to the appropriate technicians or mechanics
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages based on customers' equipment needs
- Coordinate with technicians/mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their equipment repairs
- Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for completed services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience preferred but will offer on site training.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns
- Sales skills to effectively upsell additional services or maintenance packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay: $38,474.24 - $46,334.57 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
