Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties:

- Answer customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution

- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services

- Provide support in sales-related activities

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
