GENERAL PRODUCTION 2nd SHIFT SUPERVISOR
K&S WIRE HAS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR QUALITY PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR
PRODUCTION STAFF. K&S WIRE IS AN INDUSTRY LEADER IN WIRE FORMING
AND WELDING. WE ARE AN EMPLOYEE OWNED COMPANY.
SHIFT: 3:30PM – 2:00AM, MONDAY – THURSDAY
SOME OVERTIME, AS NEEDED
BENEFITS PACKAGE: MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION PLANS, ESOP, AND 401K
REGULAR DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being observed.
- Ensure acceptable levels of productivity.
- Observe machine operations for safety, proper set up, proper maintenance, and
- Provide general production employees with the guidance, training, and leadership
necessary to improve the quality of their work life and the quality of the products they
produce.
- Maintain proper supplies inventory.
- Daily planning of production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Ability to communicate with co-workers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work around moving machinery
- Accomplish quality checks on work
- Keep area clean, adhering to all safety procedures
- Operate machine as assigned while producing quality parts within standards
- Work wearing proper PPE including ear plugs, face masks, and gloves as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supervisory experience - 5 years minimum
- Good math skills
- High school diploma
- 3 years of work in a production facility
