Summary: NCIDQ Certified individual with a professional degree in Interior Design, leads projects of medium size and complexity with the development of design solutions and assists senior designers with all facets of the design process from conceptual design through construction administration.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Generates all architectural concepts for interior projects, including full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating interior design assignments.
- Plans and designs interior design aspects of multiple projects by developing appropriate concepts and approaches.
- Possess detailed knowledge of materials/vendors/sources to expedite research phase of appropriate materials.
- Experienced in contact document development, industry/brand standards, and ADA codes/guidelines.
- Works with a senior-level designer on more complex projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, from an accredited interior design school CIDA (the Council for Interior Design Accreditation), required.
- (6 ) years of work experience in the field of Interior Design.
- Revit or AutoCAD knowledge or experience strongly preferred.
- Active NCIDQ Certification, strongly preferred, or on track for Certification.
- Hospitality or Senior Living experience, a plus.
