Job Summary
We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience.
This position would cover 3-4 buildings in a close proximity in Koreatown with maintenance work which would include:
General maintenance work orders
Painting and drywall experience
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Door repairs
Light cleaning of the grounds
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Unit Turns
Pay starting at $21/hr plus $100/month gas check for travel between properties. Additionally, paid holidays and sick time offered after 90 days of employment. Spanish speaker is a plus.

- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Must have vehicle for transportation between properties
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
