Director of Pharmacy

About the role:

As a Director of Pharmacy with KabaFusion, you will have operational oversight of a location that includes pharmacy, intake, and shipping/receiving along with working collaboratively with sales and nursing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with subordinate managers and sales staff to evaluate monthly P & L and formulate strategies to improve performance
• Establish and implement short-and-long term goals and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
• Hire, coach, mentor, lead and develop staff, performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary

What you bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy preferred)
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in state of employment
• 5 years of prior management experience
• 3 years of previous home infusion experience
